Timetable for Group Yoga Sessions:

– Monday to Friday:

  – Morning Session: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM

  – Evening Session: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM


– Saturday and Sunday:

  – Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
