To destress with Bhramari Pranayama, follow these steps:

Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet and peaceful place where you won`t be disturbed.

Comfortable Seating: Sit comfortably with your spine straight. You can sit on the floor or in a chair.

Relaxation: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.

Hand Placement: Place your index fingers on your ears, just above the earlobes, and your thumbs on your cheekbones. Your remaining fingers can lightly rest on your face.

Inhale: Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. Feel your lungs filling with air.

Exhale and Hum: As you exhale, create a gentle humming sound, like the buzzing of a bee (hence the name Bhramari, which means "bee" in Sanskrit). Keep your lips closed but relaxed.

Focus: While making the humming sound, concentrate on the vibration and the soothing sensation it creates in your head.

Continue: Repeat this process for several rounds, taking slow, deep breaths in and humming as you exhale. Allow each round to be slow and deliberate.

Gradual Release: After a few rounds, remove your fingers from your ears and sit quietly for a moment, experiencing the after-effects of Bhramari Pranayama.

Open Your Eyes: When you`re ready, gently open your eyes and return to your normal state of awareness.

Bhramari Pranayama helps reduce stress by calming the mind, reducing anxiety, and promoting relaxation. Regular practice can be an effective tool for managing stress and promoting mental well-being.
